Is Pacific Resource Global a latex examination gloves manufacturer in Malaysia?
Yes. Pacific Resource Global manufactures latex examination gloves at our own plant in Selangor, Malaysia (operating since 2009). Annual capacity is 2 billion pieces. Latex freedom from holes is tested to AQL 2.5. Quality systems: ISO 9001 and ISO 13485:2016 (QMS). CE Type-Examination BRI-47173-A covers powdered latex examination gloves only (PPE Cat III). Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?

What types of gloves does Pacific manufacture?
Three main lines: latex examination gloves (powdered and powder-free), nitrile examination gloves (100% synthetic), and PROTECTOR® antimicrobial latex gloves (d2p). We also supply industrial / general-purpose (non-medical) gloves for US wholesale .
Do you offer OEM or private label services?

What countries do you export to?
We ship to more than 60 countries, including the UK, Europe, the Middle East, India, Australia, Japan, Vietnam and China. For the US we supply powder-free / nitrile and industrial non-medical lines where destination rules allow — powdered medical latex is not for the US medical market.

What certifications do your gloves hold?
ISO 9001 and ISO 13485:2016 quality systems. Our only EU Type-Examination CE is BRI-47173-A for powdered latex examination gloves (PPE Cat III). For EU MDR, EU authorized representative Obelis s.a. has been appointed (appointment only — not a product CE certificate). See certificates .
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) and lead time?

What AQL and international standards apply?
Latex and PROTECTOR® antimicrobial latex: AQL 2.5 ; spec sheets list ASTM D3578, EN 455, and ISO 11193. Nitrile: AQL 1.5 ; spec sheets list ASTM D6319, EN 455, and ISO 10282. Confirm AQL on the purchase order and COA for the shipped lot.
How long is the shelf life of your gloves?
Standard shelf life is 3 years from the manufacturing date when stored cool and dry, away from direct sunlight and heat. Plan FIFO from carton manufacture dates.
Do you provide product samples?
