• Latex: elasticity, tactility, comfort for most clinical exams.
• Nitrile: no natural-rubber protein, better chemical resistance, the usual choice where latex allergy is a risk or solvents are involved.

Six checks that belong on a glove COA

1. Tensile strength: force at break before and after ageing is reported under ISO 11193-1. Lot 20251010: 11.9 N avg before ageing (limit ≥ 7.0 N). Read the examination glove standards guide.
2. Elongation: the same reports show 726% avg before ageing (limit ≥ 650%).
3. Barrier integrity / pinholes: the water-tight test for latex lot 20251010 found 15 defects / 500 gloves, AQL 2.5 (accept 21). Our nitrile examination gloves are produced to AQL 1.5 on freedom from holes. See the AQL standard guide and the pinhole testing guide.
