Who we are
This website, https://pacificresourceglobal.com, is operated by Pacific Resource Holding Limited, Lot 3612, Off Jalan Kuala Selangor, Batu 19, 47000 Sungai Buloh, Selangor Darul Ehsan, Malaysia (“Pacific Resource”, “we”, “us”). Pacific Resource Holding Limited is the data controller for this website. Our glove factory is in Malaysia.

What we collect when you contact us
- Enquiry forms on our product pages ask for your name, email address and message. We use this information only to answer your enquiry and prepare quotations. Submissions are emailed to our sales inbox and a copy is kept in our website system. We keep enquiries for up to 3 years after our last contact with you.
- Email and WhatsApp: if you email us or message us on WhatsApp, we receive the details you send (for example your name, phone number or email address and your message) and use them to reply. WhatsApp is operated by WhatsApp/Meta under its own terms and privacy policy.
- When you send an enquiry, we record the page you sent it from and the website that referred you (domain only) so we can answer it in context.
- We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies and similar technologies
When you first visit, a banner asks whether you accept optional cookies. Optional analytics and advertising-measurement tools are not loaded unless you click “Accept”. If you click “Reject”, or ignore the banner, they stay off.

What Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel receive (only after you accept)
- Google Analytics 4 receives the pages you view, technical information about your device and browser, an approximate location derived from your IP address, and two events we define: a click on one of our WhatsApp or email links, and a successful enquiry-form submission. We have turned off Google signals and ad personalisation.
- The Meta Pixel receives the pages you view, technical information sent by your browser (such as IP address and browser type) and the same two events, so that we can measure our Facebook and Instagram ads.
- Neither tool receives the contents of our forms (your name, email address or message). We do not use advanced matching and we do not send any health-related or other sensitive information.
- Google and Meta process this data under their own policies: Google Privacy Policy, How Google uses information from sites that use its services, Meta Privacy Policy and Meta Cookies Policy. These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States.
Your choice and how to withdraw it
You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom-left of every page. If you withdraw consent, the tools stop collecting data from that moment and we remove their cookies from your browser. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use Google’s opt-out browser add-on.
Legal basis (EU/EEA and UK visitors)
We use optional cookies only with your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR / UK GDPR). We use enquiry details to take steps at your request before a possible contract and on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Article 6(1)(b) and (f)).
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict its use, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To make a request, email info@pacificresourceglobal.com. If you are in the EU/EEA or the UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
We handle personal data in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of Hong Kong. Under that Ordinance you may request access to, and correction of, the personal data we hold about you by emailing info@pacificresourceglobal.com.

We will update this page if we change how we use personal data, and change the “Last updated” date above.
