What types of gloves does Pacific manufacture?
Pacific manufactures three main product lines: Latex Examination Gloves (powdered and powder-free), Nitrile Examination Gloves (100% synthetic, ideal for latex-sensitive users), and Antimicrobial Latex Gloves (PROTECTOR® range featuring d2p antimicrobial technology).
Do you offer OEM or private label services?
Yes. Pacific is a preferred OEM manufacturer for multinational companies. We offer comprehensive private label services including custom branding, custom packaging design, and tailored specifications. Our OEM page provides more details.
What countries do you export to?
We ship to more than 20 countries, including the UK, Europe, the Middle East, India, Australia, Japan, Vietnam and China. For the US we supply powder-free / nitrile where the destination rules allow — powdered medical latex is not for the US market.
Can I visit your factory?
Yes, we welcome factory visits. Our manufacturing facility is located in Selangor, Malaysia. Please contact us to schedule a visit — we are happy to show you our production process and quality control systems.
What is your typical lead time?
Lead times vary depending on order volume, product type, and destination. Standard lead times typically range from 2-6 weeks. Contact our sales team for accurate lead time estimates for your specific order.
Are Pacific gloves certified?
Yes. Pacific is certified under ISO 9001 and ISO 13485:2016. Our examination gloves are registered as Class I medical devices under EU MDR 2017/745 (Rule 5), and our powdered latex examination gloves additionally hold EU Type-Examination certification under PPE Regulation 2016/425, Category III (EN ISO 374-1 Type B). Certification documents are available upon request.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ varies depending on the product line, specification, and packaging requirements. Please contact our sales team with your specific requirements for a detailed quotation and MOQ information.
What international standards do your gloves comply with?
Our latex examination gloves comply with ASTM D3578, EN 455 and ISO 11193. Nitrile complies with ASTM D6319, EN 455 and ISO 10282. PROTECTOR antimicrobial gloves use d2p technology; ask us for the current test reports for your market.
How long is the shelf life of your gloves?
Our gloves have a standard shelf life of 3 years from the date of manufacturing, provided they are stored under recommended conditions (cool, dry environment away from direct sunlight and heat sources).
Do you provide product samples?
